the historic baker house

It was an honor to help restore the historic Baker House in downtown North Little Rock. The work included a partial renovation as well as staging. We refinished all of the hardwood floors, painted the interior and exterior, repaired a lot of the exterior of the house, and equipped the property with all new blinds/sheers, hardware/finishes, and new glass for light fixtures and chandeliers throughout the property. We alo upgraded all of the bathrooms and handled the landscaping, including replacing the sprinkler system. After the repairs and renovation were done, we furnished and decorated all of the rooms to prepare the boutique hotel for its first guests. The property features 5 bedrooms, 5.5. Bathrooms, three living areas, a large dining area, and kitchen. We also renovated and decorated the quaint cottage on the grounds of the Baker House, which is now a popular Airbnb rental.
